Welcome to Boston Sanda Kung Fu's Tai Chi and Internal Arts program. Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art practiced as
meditative exercise for the body. Its study is rooted in the ancient chinese philosophies in health, meditation and martial
art. It stresses cultivation of the mind and the body together to achieve harmony and balance. It is an excellent way to relieve
the physical effects of stress on the body and mind. Tai Chi is characterized by soft, slow, flowing movements that emphasize absorption and redirection of force rather than brute strength.
No one is too young or too old to start and benefit from learning Tai Chi!
